Scope and Contents
Letter signed. Mount Vernon. Sends several letters of James Bloxham's--Bloxham undecided about staying longer than a year--"In a word he seems rather to have expected to have found well organized farms, than that the end and design of my employing him was to make them so."--if Bloxham's wife is to come, let her come on ship to Alexandria or nearby ports--she can pay for seed, implements, etc., and be repaid in Virginia.
