A.L.S. Washington, D.C. Sir Julian Paunceforte's proposal to put an iron railing around tree planted last year. A message to him from the Prince and the gift of Washington memorial spoons. Also he wishes to give $10 each to the men who prepared the ground and lifted the tree. Encloses an inscription to post for the tree. ER-14, p. 165
