A.L.S. Baltimore. Wrote Miss Tracy declining to be Vice Regent of Maryland, but she sent letter to Regent. Miss Tracy during hurried visit to Newport in Aug. asked on Regent's behalf that Miss Harper become Vice Regent. States condition under which she can accept position. Prefers meeting Dec. 14 to Nov. 2. ER-17, p. 140
