Discusses date for Council meeting at length, also of celebrating Association's possession of Mount Vernon. Regrets Mrs. Ritchie cannot counsel her at this time - expects her return in Spring - commends her to Miss Hamilton and Mrs. Comegys. Regrets South attitude toward him. ER-9, p. 295
