Authorizes treasurer to pay Mr. Herbert salary due him as he may desire, and Miss Tracy $150 per month for household expenses, servants' wages and her own salary, $60 per month for laborers' wages, and to Mary A. McMakin, $18 per month. Mrs. Comegys was "Chairman of Committee appointed in Regent's absence, during the war". ER-17, p. 106

Committee has asked Mrs. Comegys to act for Association as she is near Mount Vernon, she consented, relying on Riggs' judgment and knowledge of affairs.
